The fourteenth session of the International Conference on Religion Management, convened by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), took place in Geneva from March 17 to 19, 2025, featuring the participation of Minister of Finance Taif Sami.
The conference discussions centered on significant themes, particularly the governance, accountability, and transparency in the realm of financial restrictions, as well as the critical relationship between debt and climate, highlighting innovative debt instruments for effective financial risk management.
Additional topics included strategies for enhancing debt transparency, with a focus on the preparation of reports and maintenance of standards, alongside strategies for institutional challenge management aimed at establishing a sustainable debt management office.
