Erbil International Car Exhibition Launches with Strong Participation
The 10th Erbil International Car Exhibition is now underway, showcasing a wide array of automotive offerings. The exhibition will be open to the public daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, featuring 12 automotive companies representing a total of 19 vehicle brands and innovative car models.
Approximately 160 automotive and spare parts companies are participating in the event, including 40 local firms and 120 from international markets. Notably, around 90 of these companies are from China, along with eight from Iran, six from Turkey, six from India, and two from Greece.
As reported, there are roughly 2.35 million registered vehicles in the Kurdistan Region, with 2.2 million documented by the Interior Ministry and about 150,000 unregistered. The distribution of vehicles across major cities in the region is as follows:
