Recent trends indicate a notable surge in gold prices within the wholesale markets at the River Evidence in Baghdad, coinciding with an increase in global prices for the precious metal. The selling price for one weight of 21-carat Gulf, Turkish, and European gold has reached 621,000 Iraqi dinars, while the purchasing price stands at 617,000 dinars.

In contrast, the selling price for one weight of 21-carat Iraqi gold has been recorded at 591,000 dinars, with a purchasing price of 587,000 dinars.

According to local goldsmiths, the selling price range for 21-carat Gulf gold fluctuates between 625,000 and 635,000 dinars. Meanwhile, the price for Iraqi gold is positioned between 595,000 and 605,000 dinars.
