Iraqi Dinar Sees Decline Against US Dollar in Baghdad Markets

On Sunday, the exchange rates for the US dollar experienced a decrease against the Iraqi dinar in local markets across Baghdad.

According to reports from the Baghdad financial sector, the dollar’s value on the Al-Harithiya and struggle stock exchanges fell to 147,800 dinars for every 100 dollars, down from the previous day’s rate of 148,500 dinars for the same amount.

In banking establishments throughout the capital, there was also a downward trend in the selling prices. The latest figures indicate that the selling price reached 148,750 dinars for 100 dollars, while the purchase price stood at 146,750 dinars for the same amount.

This fluctuation in exchange rates highlights the ongoing dynamics of Iraq’s currency markets as economic conditions continue to evolve.
