The subsequent tranche amounts to 200 million riyals with a maturity period of 28 days, offering an average yield of 4.6%.
Recent data from the Qatar Central Bank indicates that the cumulative balance of local treasury bills has reached 14.85 billion riyals.
Treasury bills are classified as short-term financial instruments issued by the government primarily for the purpose of borrowing.
