Oil prices experienced a notable increase for the second consecutive day on Tuesday, as new sanctions imposed by the United States on Iran heightened concerns over potential supply disruptions.
Specifically, Brent crude futures rose by 38 cents, equating to a 0.51% increase, reaching a price of $75.16 per barrel. Concurrently, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures gained 43 cents, marking a 0.61% rise, bringing the price to $71.13 per barrel.
