US Dollar Exchange Rates Decline in Iraq

The exchange rates for the US dollar experienced a downward trend this morning, Monday, in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

In Baghdad, according to market reports, the dollar price reflected a decline on both the struggle and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges, recording a rate of 150,250 Iraqi dinars for 100 US dollars. This marks a decrease from the previous day’s rate of 150,350 dinars for the same amount.

In addition to the stock exchanges, the dollar’s selling prices in the local banking markets of Baghdad also saw a reduction. The selling price was noted at 151,250 Iraqi dinars for 100 dollars, while the purchasing price fell to 149,250 dinars for the same amount.

Similarly, in Erbil, the US dollar recorded a further decline, with the selling price at 150,150 dinars per 100 dollars, and the purchasing price at 150,050 dinars for 100 dollars.
