US Dollar Drops in Baghdad Markets, Steady in Erbil

US Dollar Exchange Rates Update

On Thursday morning, the exchange rates for the US dollar experienced a decline in the Baghdad markets, while remaining stable in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

Recent reports indicate that the price of the dollar decreased on the struggle and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges, with $100 trading for 150,250 Iraqi dinars. This represents a drop from the previous day’s rate of 150,400 dinars for the same amount.

In Baghdad’s banking sector, selling prices also saw a reduction, with the rate falling to 151,250 Iraqi dinars for $100, while the purchase price stood at 149,250 dinars for the same amount.

Conversely, in Erbil, the dollar maintained its stability, with selling prices recorded at 150,200 dinars per $100 and the purchasing price at 150,100 dinars for $100.
