Economy Update – Baghdad
The US dollar exchange rate experienced a decline on Thursday morning in the Baghdad market.
Prices for the dollar diminished in both the struggle and Al-Harithiya exchanges, reaching 150,250 Iraqi dinars for $100. This marks a decrease from the previous day, where the dollar was priced at 150,400 dinars for the same amount.
Similarly, the selling prices recorded in the local banking sector dropped, with a sale price settling at 151,250 Iraqi dinars for $100 and a purchase price of 149,250 dinars for $100.
