In the fourth quarter of 2024, Saudi Arabia’s budget revealed revenues amounting to 302.9 billion riyals, reflecting a 15% decrease year-on-year. Expenditures for the same period totaled approximately 360.5 billion riyals, which signifies a 9% annual decline.

As a result, the budget registered a deficit of 57.7 billion riyals compared to the corresponding period from the previous year.

Notably, Saudi Arabia garnered non-oil revenues of 132 billion riyals in Q4 2024.

Oil revenues for the final quarter stood at 170.8 billion riyals. Cumulatively, public spending reached 1.374 trillion riyals throughout 2024, while total revenues were recorded at about 1.259 trillion riyals for the year.
