Saudi Arabia has achieved a remarkable milestone, emerging as the leader in the international confidence index for its government sector, achieving an impressive 87%. This positions the Kingdom ahead of many developed countries, as highlighted in the EDLELALEL report for 2025.
The report emphasizes that Saudi Arabia’s high confidence rating underscores its reputation as one of the most reliable governments globally. This is largely attributed to the Kingdom’s initiatives aimed at bolstering non-oil sectors, generating new employment opportunities, and attracting foreign investments, alongside diversifying its income sources.
The annual confidence report produced by EDELELE is acknowledged as one of the leading international studies assessing governmental reliability.
According to the findings, confidence levels in Saudi Arabia have shown a consistent upward trend, maintaining notably high figures.
The report also indicates that Saudi Arabia exhibits the highest level of optimism for the future at 69%, surpassing many major nations in this key indicator, including the United States (47%), the United Kingdom (43%), and Germany (41%).
