Prime Minister Al-Sudani Affirms Government Commitment to Building Citizen Confidence

On Saturday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shi’a Al-Sudani outlined the government’s ongoing commitment to enhancing citizen confidence through the implementation of its strategic program. This declaration followed a dialogue session he led with the Strategiex Center, attended by a diverse group of researchers, diplomats, and experts from various countries.

At the onset of the session, the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the attendees, whose presence in Baghdad coincides with several significant events. These include the meetings of Arab youth and sports ministers, the opening of the Baghdad International Fair, and the designation of Baghdad as the capital of Arab tourism for 2025, as well as the capital of Arab sports culture. These events underscore the vibrancy of Baghdad and the Iraqi government’s plans for development and stability, reflecting a positive shift in the city’s image.

He acknowledged that the government program was designed to enhance citizens’ confidence in governance, highlighting that considerable progress has been made in executing its objectives.

The dialogue symposium delved into several key areas, including:

  • Sustainability of Stability in Iraq

  • Iraq’s Regional and International Relations

The discussions also examined various achievements and future goals within these domains.
