Nineveh Governor Announces 16,000 Job Appointments in Education and Other Sectors
On Sunday, the Governor of Nineveh, Abdel-Qader Al-Dakhil, officially revealed the names of the winners selected for 16,000 governmental positions. Notably, 9,000 of these positions will be allocated to the education sector.
During a press conference, Al-Dakhil expressed congratulations to all those who secured job degrees within the allocated budget. He highlighted the successful establishment of an electronic system developed in collaboration with the University of Mosul, underscoring the operation’s transparency and integrity. Importantly, the entire process was conducted without any political interference, marking a significant milestone in the hiring process.
The Governor stated, as reported by the official news agency, that the majority of positions—9,000—are dedicated to the education sector. The remaining positions will be distributed among real estate management, state properties, and various federal departments that are currently experiencing staffing deficiencies.
