The Housing Fund has issued a formal statement today, asserting that it will not authorize any external entities—including companies, offices, or individuals—to facilitate borrowing transactions.
The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities clarified that “the processes undertaken by the fund,” which encompass both the electronic application stage for loans and subsequent procedures, are characterized by transparency and are publicly accessible through the ministry’s official channels. These operations are designed to ensure an efficient service delivery to citizens. Furthermore, the fund has established a comparison mechanism for cases where applicant numbers exceed available allocations, thereby prioritizing loan approvals for the most qualified citizens.
Additionally, the Housing Fund has expressed concern about fraudulent schemes targeting citizens. It has warned against dishonest individuals who may offer to expedite borrowing processes in exchange for monetary fees. The fund encourages the public to cooperate by reporting such instances so that legal action can be initiated against these offenders.
