In the wholesale markets of Baghdad, the price for one weight of 21-carat gold from Gulf, Turkish, and European sources was recorded at 595,000 dinars for sales, with a purchase price of 591,000 dinars.
For Iraqi gold, the selling price for a single weight of 21 carats was noted at 565,000 dinars, while the purchase price stood at 561,000 dinars.
In goldsmiths’ stores, the selling price for 21-carat Gulf gold ranged between 595,000 dinars and 605,000 dinars, while the selling price for Iraqi gold fluctuated between 565,000 and 575,000 dinars.
Similarly, in Erbil, gold prices remained unchanged. The selling prices were recorded as follows: 24-carat gold at 672,000 dinars, 22-carat gold at 616,000 dinars, 21-carat gold at 588,000 dinars, and 18-carat gold at 504,000 dinars.
