On Thursday, Finance Minister Taif Sami formally announced a restructuring initiative within the ministry by issuing a ministerial order appointing two managers to occupy three key positions.
According to the details outlined in the order, which references Diwaniya No. (39) issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the following adjustments were made:
- Sun Saad Qassem has been appointed as the General Manager of the Iraqi Insurance Company, previously holding the role of Director General of the Budget Department.
These changes are part of a broader strategy to enhance operational efficiency within the ministry.
