US Dollar Exchange Rates Decline in Iraq

On Wednesday morning, the exchange rates for the US dollar experienced a decline in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, as well as in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, compared to the previous day.

Exchange Rates in Baghdad

The stock exchanges in both Al-Ameen and Al-Harithiya reported an exchange rate of 148,200 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars, a decrease from 149,000 dinars observed on Tuesday. In local exchange markets, the selling price has adjusted to 149,250 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price has settled at 147,250 dinars.

Exchange Rates in Erbil

Similarly, the dollar’s value fell in Erbil, with the selling price dropping to 148,050 dinars for each 100 US dollars. The purchasing rate also reflected this trend, recording at 147,950 dinars.
