Economic Update – Baghdad
The Baghdad Governorate has announced a formal agreement with the Military Industries Company to establish a clear framework for the resumption of development projects within the region.
In a press release, the governorate detailed that an extensive meeting was convened to address various challenges affecting these ongoing projects and to formulate effective solutions aimed at revitalizing operations.
The meeting included significant participation from key stakeholders, such as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Ali Al-Hamidawi; Deputy Alaa Sukar; Administrative Deputy Ali Zidan; Technical Deputy Hani Nour Allah; Technical Assistant Hoda Abdel Amir; the Director General of the Military Industries Company; along with representatives from relevant departments and directorates. These participants are closely involved in overseeing and executing projects in the Baghdad Governorate that are currently encountering implementation issues.
The agreement reached with the Military Industries Company outlines a definitive mechanism for the continuation of these projects, as recorded in an official document duly signed by all involved parties, solidifying their commitment to execution.
