The Ministry of Finance convened on Monday to discuss the implementation mechanism of the Unified Retirement Law, as it prepares to submit final recommendations for approval.
According to a statement from the Ministry, the committee tasked with the law’s implementation met on February 10, 2025, under the leadership of the Director General of the Legal Department, Mohamed Hamza. This meeting was aligned with Diwaniya order no. 24660 for the year 2024.
The gathering included representatives from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau, and the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as members from various relevant authorities. Discussions centered on advancing the implementation of the law and completing essential procedures in preparation for the submission of final recommendations for approval.
