Economic Update – Baghdad
The US dollar exchange rates experienced a modest increase on Sunday morning in Baghdad’s financial markets.
In the Al-Harithiya and Al-Jadida stock exchanges, the dollar price rose to 148,400 Iraqi dinars for every $100, compared to Saturday morning, when the rate was 148,350 dinars for the same amount.
Conversely, the banking sector in local markets reported stable selling prices, with the exchange rate set at 149,500 Iraqi dinars for $100 in sales and 147,500 dinars for purchases.
