The Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence has announced the deportation of 26 individuals found in violation of the Iraqi Residence Law.

According to a statement from the Directorate, these individuals were apprehended at Baghdad International Airport for failing to adhere to residency regulations.

The announcement elaborated that the deportation was the result of extensive efforts by the Directorate’s personnel to identify and prosecute violators, underscoring that enforcement measures will apply uniformly to all those who breach these regulations.

The Directorate urged citizens to cooperate with staff in reporting any violations of residency conditions, emphasizing the importance of such collaboration in enhancing the nation’s security.
