Dollar Exchange Rates in Baghdad and Erbil Experience Notable Decline
On Wednesday, new data from the Baghdad stock exchanges, specifically the struggle and Al-Harithiya exchanges, revealed a decline in the dollar exchange rate. The rate slipped to 149,900 dinars for 100 dollars, a drop from the previous day’s rate of 150,350 dinars. In local banking offices across Baghdad, the sale price of the dollar also reflected a decrease, settling at 151,000 dinars per 100 dollars, while the purchase price remained steady at 149,000 dinars per 100 dollars.
In Erbil, similar trends were observed in the dollar exchange rates, with the sale price recorded at 150,000 dinars per 100 dollars and the purchase price at 149,900 dinars per 100 dollars. These fluctuations highlight the ongoing dynamics of currency exchange in the region.
